Description
On this episode, host Matthew Karshna interviews Josie Green, a senior in high school at Clarke Central in Athens. Josie plans to attend UGA with a passion to eventually study in Japan. We discuss the part writing has played in Josie’s life in school and language learning. All stages of school can be difficult, and if you don’t have a strong writing foundation in high school, it can certainly be difficult in college. Not just this, but as a bilingual individual, writing plays a very important role in this journey of becoming able to speak multiple languages and is and will be an essential part of Josie’s life, especially when it takes her to Japan.
